MEET THE STAFF


Barry & Cheyenne Fowler

Lead Pastors

Barry & Cheyenne have spent their ministry years in West Tennessee pastoring for 21 years with 8 of those years here in Parsons at Restoration House. 


When they are not a church, you can find the whole family taking care of their farm while Pastor Barry works with his family's business building & remodeling houses. Cheyenne spends her time in the Decatur County school system as a substitute, and a private tutor. 


They have three boys: Brodie, Kjavik, and River. They have fallen in love with this small town since uprooting their life to follow God's leading to call Parsons home.

Allen & Laken Maxwell

Youth Pastors

Allen and Laken have been leading our youth since 2018. They have a heart for students and their families; They love walking alongside their students and doing life with them.


When they are not serving, Allen is the PE teacher at DES & Riverside Assistant Football Coach. Laken is the Administrator of Green Crest Assisted Living in Parsons.


They have two children: Cody and Ansley.

Michael & Nicole Haldemen

Kid's Pastors

Michael and Nicole have served at Restoration House since 2013 in many aspects.


Nicole grew up in Union City, TN while Michael grew up in Fulton, Missouri.


They are working to build the next generation, and want to see even the youngest establish a relationship with Jesus.


When not at church, you can find Michael working as the General manager of  Lexington Taco Bell, and Nicole is a CNA for home health care.

Elaine Ledbetter

Women's Ministry Director

Elaine grew up in the BIG state of Texas, but she and her husband, Joe Bill, have called Parsons & Restoration House their home for twenty-five years.


They have 2 children, 7 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren that live throughout the states.


She has a heart to see women connect with each other, discover their purpose, and walk in their giftings.

Chelsey Box

Freedom Ministry Director

Chelsey has been serving with Restoration House since 2019. She is a survivor who now serves her community as a Volunteer Advocate and has turned her personal testimony into a newly growing outreach program. 

Freedom Ministry aims to aid in supporting  Victims/Survivors of Domestic Violence and Abuse. Freedom serves as a liaison to several other physical, emotional, financial, and legal resources. 


She also serves on our churches media team and in our kids ministry. When not at church, you can find Chelsey working as a Nurse in a local clinic.
